With sincere pleasure, we welcome you to Discounted Guitars.  We are pleased that you elected to join us and be one of our students.  We want to serve you the best way we can and protect everyone’s interest.

• Minimum lesson 30 minutes.

• Minimum age required for a lesson will be 10 years old.  Under the minimum age required for lesson will be reviewed by the teacher and the parent.

• Guitar lessons will be given by our teacher in groups (3 student maximum)
• Regular rate will be $17.00 dollars for adults and $12.00 dollars for children under 10 years old.
• We required payments before lessons begin. If not paid, the time slot maybe assigned to another student.
• Paying in advance for lessons is optional

•  In the case that the teacher cancels your lesson. The teacher and Discounted Guitars will notify you immediately.  You will be credited for the lessons miss if you already pay in advance.

• If you miss a lesson.  You will be charged for that time, unless we are notified at least 24 hours in advance and so we can reassign that time slot to another student.

• During bad weather, school closing you need to call us immediately to verify the status of your class if we need to cancel it or not.  Call us @ 260-471-6434 OR 260-436-4078

• Each student is responsible for bringing their own instrument (guitar, picks, straps, books and songs) for the lesson. Discounted Guitars will not be obligated to supply you with the things you need for your lesson. You have an option to rent our instruments at our rate ($2.50 per item).
• Two weeks notice to cancel all future lessons.
• Discounted Guitars will not be held liable for any negligence of the parents or guardian of a minor that is in our store.

• Discounted Guitars prohibits the use of alcohol, drugs and paraphernalia inside the store.  We don’t tolerate sexual harassment, profane language, racial slur or any misconduct that might affect our customers, associates, investors or the entire Glenbrook Mall.

• In the case that Discounted Guitars decides to dissolve its business or evicted from Glenbrook Mall or Jefferson Point Shopping Center.  We will make an arrangement to return your money back.

• You can gain access to our store at any time through the front door only during business hours posted on the wall.
