All the product found on this site is covered with the Discounted Guitars 7-Day warranty in all defective product such as electronic keyboard, amplifiers and guitars.  During the 7-Day period you can return the item to us.  Please note that any item return to us will be reviewed.  All Electronic keyboard, amplifiers are covered with the Discounted Guitars 10-day warranty and a 30-Day manufacturer's warranty.  During this warranty period, we will cover the cost of the repair, but not the repairs that are not covered by our limited warranty.  We will calculate the cost of the repair and the shipping and consult the owner if it is reasonable. No repair will be done without the permission of the owner. It will be repaired or replaced at the  option of the seller.

» Discounted Guitars Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear & tear
• Modification on any product or item
• Shipping & Handling damage
• Any product serviced by unauthorized technician
• Modification of the serial number
• Damage due to misuse, negligence, or accidents
• Damage due to improper adjustments to the product specially electronics, installation or setup
• Product subjected to extreme temperature such as cold, heat and humidity
• Unsatisfied with the shape, size, sound, wood grain and the color etc.

LIMITED WARRANTY

There is a 30-day limited warranty beginning on the date of first customer purchase, on all unmodified and properly cared for Mascardo Guitars.

Any Mascardo Guitar found to be defective within the 30-day warranty period set forth above will be repaired or replaced at the option of Mascardo Guitars provided the guitar is promptly delivered (freight and insurance prepaid) directly to Mascardo Guitars for service.

Please contact Mascardo Product Support office at (260) 418-6079 for information, return authorization and a Mascardo Work Order Number. No guitars may be returned to Mascardo without prior approval and a Work Order Number clearly written on the outside of the carton. A copy of the original sales receipt and a complete written description of the problem must accompany all guitars returned for warranty repairs.

This warranty covers the cost of labor and materials for all repairs considered necessary by our Service Technician, as well as, return shipping charges at "ground" rates.

There are no warranties, expressed or implied, other than those expressed herein. Further, there is no warranty of merchandise or fitness for a particular purpose beyond the 30-day warranty period set forth above.

Limitation of Liability: the above warranty represents purchaser's exclusive remedy and Mascardo Guitars shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages or expenses relating to the product sold.

The Mascardo Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Guitars serviced by unauthorized persons
• Shipping damages
• Guitars modified in any way
• Guitars with altered serial numbers
• Damage due to misuse, negligence, or accidents
• Damage due to improper vibrato spring installation/setup
• Guitars subjected to extreme cold, heat or humidity
• Guitars purchased from an unauthorized dealer or purchased used
• The playability of a guitar with the action lower than set at the factory and as specified in the users manual
• Subjective issues regarding tone, wood grain or color

NOTE: Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and/or do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to some purchasers. This warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights and purchaser may also have other rights, which very from State to State.

Non-Warranty Repairs

If non-warranty repairs are required, Mascardo will communicate a repair cost quote to the customer which must be approved before the actual repair will commence. All non-warranty repairs, or repairs not covered under the Mascardo Limited Warranty, are subject to a bench fee.

Warranty Repairs Out side the U.S.

For warranty repairs outside the U.S. please contact either the dealer from whom you purchased the guitar, or the Authorized Mascardo Distributor in your country for information and assistance.
