Should you decide to return our product because you are not satisfied is permitted for a full refund of the original product price, exchange or a full credit. Since we offer free shipping and handling plus insurance on your purchase. Whatever the S&H plus Insurance cost will be deducted from your refund. Refund must be mailed to the customer not later than 15 days. All item must be returned to Discounted Guitars with its own original packaging, tags, warranty cards, original receipt and in good condition. Failing to do this requirements, the item will be marked as damage. All damage product is considered sold to the buyer. Call us direct at 260-418-6079 before returning an item for further instruction. » Full Refund - A full refund will be issued to the buyer not later than 15 days. In order to get a full refund you must meet our requirements: The product must be in brand-new condition, showing no signs of wear and tear or use such as belt-buckle or pick marks, scratches, scuffs, dings, punctures or scrapes on the instrument or collateral materials. All purchases through a credit card will be refunded back to your account. Purchases that are paid by money order, personal check/cheque or cashiers check/cheque will only be refunded to its original purchaser only. » Full Credit - A full credit will be issued to the buyer if he meets our full refund policy above. Full credit can only be used towards other purchases or same product and it must be used within 60 days. Your full credit cannot be applied to out of stock items or discontinued product. » Defective Product - In the case of defective product the buyer must contact us direct at 260-418-6079 within 10 days of the purchase date. The product must be in brand-new condition, showing no signs of wear and tear or use such as belt-buckle or pick marks, scratches, scuffs, dings, punctures or scrapes on the instrument or collateral materials. We will inspect the product before we will issue a full refund. All product coming from Discounted Guitars are all inspected for quality before shipping to the buyer. Defective product is covered by the manufacturer's warranty and terms. » Exchange - If you are not satisfied with our product. You may exchange it at anytime as long as the product is in brand-new condition, showing no signs of wear and tear or use such as belt-buckle or pick marks, scratches, scuffs, dings, punctures or scrapes on the instrument or collateral materials. All item must be returned to Discounted Guitars with its own original packaging, tags, warranty cards, and the original receipt. The exchange must be made within 10 days of your purchase date and subject to availability. » RETURNING AN ITEM - IT MUST BE INSURED BY THE BUYER. INSURANCE MUST NOT BE LESS THAN THE FULL PRICE OF THE ITEM. IF THE ITEM IS RETURN WITHOUT INSURANCE AND IT IS DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING. IT WILL BE THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY. |
