»  Do I have to pay for the shipping and handling plus Insurance ?

No, we will pay for the shipping and handling plus insurance except shipment to Canada or International and other US claimed territories.

» How long will it takes for my shipment to arrive at my location?

We are located in the city of Fort Wayne, Indiana.  Allow 4 to 5 business day around the neighboring state of Indiana.  West Coast, East Coast, Upper & Lower Peninsula and Canada, allow 7 to 8 business day, depending on the weather.  All shipment is shipped via FedEx ground service unless a request has been made.

» What if my shipment is damage during shipping?

If you suspect that your shipment is damage during shipping.  You must contact us immediately and then contact your courier and explain what happened.  Do not accept any shipment and schedule a pick-up.

» What if you send us the wrong product or item?

In case we send you the wrong item, please contact us immediately.  You must return the item to us with full insurance coverage.  As soon as we received the item.  We will send you the right one and we will reimburse you on the shipping and handling plus insurance cost.
